Fourth Grade – Week of 2/23/2015

Thank you to all the families who were able to make it to the Stations of the Cross on Friday.
It was greatly appreciated. The students had a wonderful presentation from Mrs. Carole Dill, Jessica
Popiela’s aunt who is a veterinarian on Thursday. She brought videos of animal skeletons, and slides
showing various cells. The 4th and 5th graders and I all learned a lot!

This week students will not attend school on Tuesday, February 24th as it is election day and the school
is a polling place. I have given students various assignments in TenMarks to help keep them busy that day.
The rest of the week is ordinary. We have mass on Thursday with 3rd and 5th grade.

Please remember that the Six Flag Reading Logs are due by Thursday of this week in order to be eligible
for the Six Flag tickets. Students can turn them in as soon as they complete their 6 hours of reading.
Have a great week, feel free to contact me with any concerns or questions. — Mrs. Karen Healy
